Testimonials
I worked with Jérôme for 3 years when he was responsible for developing the patient application and scheduling products at Medispring, while I served as CEO. Jérôme built both products from scratch, delivering outstanding and innovative solutions with strong strategic vision. On a personal level, he is a man of strong values with genuine professional ethics and is truly a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly for any product development leadership role.
David Frenay, CEO, Medispring
Jerome combines skills that are good as a manager—being there for people, supporting and empowering them—and on the other hand, he’s also a very skilled designer. So you can always count on him when you really need help with your craft.
Former direct report
Jerome is a good people lead. I think he clearly gave good guidance, and managed to get his team to focus, and understand what was expected from them… So there, he clearly showed his leadership skills. And then also, he raised the general bar on product culture, helped establishing processes, and helped executing on these processes.
Former manager
Jerome came back one morning with a sketch, it was three comic strip panels to illustrate the vision. I still have that vision in my memory. It summed up the different points of view extremely well… while bringing everyone back to the essence of what we were trying to do.

Projects
JIRA is the world’s leading issue tracking tool for software teams, used by teams at NASA, Tesla, Adobe, Disney, eBay and many more.
In 2015, I worked with a small team at Atlassian to design and build what we believed would be the right mobile companion to this massive beast of a software.
Read case study
Lovely Charts was a diagramming solution that aimed to help people create great looking diagrams, that I worked on between 2009 and 2014. Available on the web, desktop and iPad, this case study was written to show what the next version could have looked like.
Made near Brussels, Belgium.
